Returns
- If you have received incorrect or faulty item(s), we will handle the return process for you.
- For all other reasons for return, we kindly request that you arrange the return yourself.
How to initiate a return
- Contact us via phone, email, or our webform within 14 days of receiving your order, providing your order number and a reason for the return.
- We will provide you with a returns note and a unique returns number. Please ensure that the returns number is clearly visible on the exterior of the package.
- Return the unworn garments in their original packaging to us.
- Upon receiving the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 working days.
Items that cannot be returned
We are happy to replace any faulty customized garments. However, returns on non-faulty customized items cannot be accepted. Therefore, we kindly ask you to thoroughly review your order before proceeding with the purchase, paying attention to sizing, colors, and design specifications.
