Moden Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement

Our supply chain

Our supply chain incorporates various brands that provide corporate and promotional clothing and accessories.

We mandate that all components of our supply chain uphold a steadfast stance against slavery and human trafficking. Our suppliers are required to confirm their labor practices are both ethical and compliant with the law. Should they fail to demonstrate this level of commitment, we will look to terminate our business relationship with them.

The ultimate accountability for compliance within our own departments and in our relationships with suppliers falls on the shoulders of the Managing Director.

For further transparency, each of our supplier brands' Ethical Trading Statements can be found on their individual brand pages on our website.

Policies and procedures

We have the following systems and guidelines established to recognize risks associated with modern slavery, and to avert slavery and human trafficking within our operations:
  • Whistleblower policy: We foster an environment that allows all our employees, clients, and other business partners to express any worries about our operations and supply chains. This includes any factors that could escalate the likelihood of slavery or human trafficking. Our Whistleblower Policy is structured to facilitate easy reporting without fear of retaliation.
  • Business ethics: Our objective is to maintain the highest level of conduct and ethical behavior among our employees. We also expect our suppliers to uphold the same standards in the management of their personnel and supply chains.
  • Recruitment and utilization of agency staff: At the moment, we do not utilize recruitment agencies or temporary staffing solutions. However, should there be a future requirement for such services, we would engage only with specified, reputable employment agencies. Prior to accepting workers from these agencies, we would thoroughly verify their practices to ensure ethical labor sourcing. We would also make certain that all potential hires have the legal right to work in the UK, in strict adherence to all pertinent employment legislation.

Our due diligence

We have set the following thoroughness procedures in place to ensure we are addressing the risks of slavery and human trafficking in our operations and supply chains:
  • We always initiate written queries when evaluating potential new suppliers and consistently review the policies related to modern slavery and other operational aspects of our existing suppliers.
  • We place considerable trust in certifications and trade bodies such as SEDEX, WRAP, and the Fairwear Foundation, of which the brands we represent are members. These bodies are tasked with auditing the brands' supply chains.
  • Each brand we work with provides us with a formal Ethical Trading Statement, which is available on the respective brand's page on our website.
  • Whenever feasible, we strive to develop enduring relationships with our suppliers, emphasizing our expectations for business conduct.
  • We have mechanisms in place to encourage individuals to voice any concerns and to safeguard those who expose potential issues.
  • We anticipate that each supplier in the chain will carry out 'one-up' due diligence on the subsequent link in the chain. Regrettably, it is not feasible for us (or any other participant in the chain) to maintain a direct relationship with every link in the supply chain.
  • We engage in reviews with our direct suppliers to gauge the level of communication and personal interaction with the next link in the supply chain. We evaluate their comprehension of, and adherence to, our expected standards of business conduct.
  • We frequently review our recruitment and payroll systems to ensure that our hiring and employment practices are in full compliance with the law.
